Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (NZ, 18+)

The Service is intended for users located in New Zealand and aged 18 years or older. You must not use the Service if you do not meet these requirements.

2) Accounts & conduct

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise.
• No harassment, hate, unlawful content, spamming, or exploiting bugs.

3) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Coins/credits/tokens and items are virtual, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money or anything of value.
• No real-money gambling: gameplay does not offer prizes of monetary value.
• We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances/items to maintain fairness, prevent abuse, or operate the Service.

4) Acceptable use, anti-cheat & leaderboard rules

• No bots, scripts, automation, account sharing/selling, collusion, or tampering with the Service.
• Leaderboard positions may be reviewed; suspected cheating can result in disqualification, score removal, or account action.

5) In-app purchases (if offered)

• Any purchases provide access to virtual items only and do not create any cash-out right.
• Payments may be processed by third-party platforms; their terms also apply.
• All sales are final except where refunds are required under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

6) Intellectual property & licence

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, content, branding, and game mechanics. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that outcomes will meet expectations. Game results are for entertainment and may be affected by balance and anti-fraud measures.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual currency/items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

9) Suspension, termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or to protect the Service and users. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Disputes, governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns.
